Carl was our salesman and he was excellent! My husband had picked out a truck online and we headed down on Saturday morning from 2 hours away. When we walked in we had no idea what to do. Did not see a receptionist so we were kind of looking around, and we noticed a salesman approaching from way back in the building. Husband explained that he was told that the truck was being held for us but we weren't sure if we needed to talk to a certain person or what. Carl said he would help us, and he was outstanding. We wanted to take it home that day and it was no problem. He explained everything and we moved through the process really quickly. Easiest vehicle purchase we ever made.
