Common questions
Does CarChief pay for my vehicle service?
No. CarChief notifies you of upcoming maintenance and alerts you to issues like a check-engine light. The cost of maintenance and repairs is the owner's responsibility.
Can the dealership see my location?
No. Only you can see your vehicle's location in your CarChief account.
Where do I log in?
Use the same account on the web at portal.mycarchief.com, or in the CarChief app for iPhone and Android. You'll get your login details at delivery.
